AI for business

AI that saves time, securely

Buying licences is not enough. We find which work costs you time and put AI where it really helps, with clear limits on your data.

AI is worth it when it solves a specific problem: a report rebuilt every week, data typed twice, information nobody can find. If we do not know what we want to improve, we cannot know whether it worked.

At the same time, every employee who pastes company data into an AI tool creates risk. That is why ITHACA, as a cybersecurity company, always ties AI adoption to a policy and limits.

What is included
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Process automation
  • AI Assistants (internal assistants)
  • Secure AI adoption
  • AI for management and back office
  • AI Transformation: scaling across the business

Our approach

We start from one pain

One process that costs hours. Not "let's put AI everywhere".

We measure before and after

We define up front what we will measure, so you know whether it was worth it.

Security from the start

Policy, permissions and data limits before anything is switched on.

How we work

Readiness

Where you stand on people, data and security, before you buy anything.

Design

Which work is worth doing first and how we will measure success.

Build

Assistants, automations or Copilot in the environment you already have.

Pilot

A small team, clear measures, a decision to continue or stop.

Improve

Usage and accuracy after launch, with corrections.

Scale

We extend what has already worked, instead of starting a new tool from scratch.

Frequently asked questions

Where do we start if we do not know what we want?

From one task that costs hours. If it is about email and documents, we look at Copilot. If it is copying data between systems, automation. If it is not clear, we start with a readiness check.

Do we have to buy Copilot licences first?

No. First we check whether the environment is ready (permissions, data, security) and who will use it. Licences come after.

Is it only for large companies?

No. The scope follows your size. One workflow in a small team is often worth more than a company-wide programme nobody uses.

How is it different from employees using a free AI tool?

Here there is a policy, data limits and measurement. With personal tools, company data leaves with no control at all.
